My dad would make the best thaadal on Holi. Now I live abroad and can't get the flavour right. This brought a smile to my face.

This is a great little Holi story concerning all that goes into making a perfect thandai including all from scratch mortar and petal stuff. I experience Holi through the Holi scenes in the best Bollywood films. So glad that Holi, India and the best India food and drink with the best most awesome spices appears on Substack.
